The problem
Off-the-shelf ERPs are built for a generic company that doesn’t exist. They force your team to bend their process around the software’s assumptions — and you still pay per seat, forever. GPSFDK had outgrown spreadsheets but didn’t want to inherit someone else’s workflow. They needed a system shaped around their operation, not the other way round.

We unified the parts of the business that had drifted into separate tools — HR, projects, finance and tenders — behind a single, role-aware dashboard. Each team sees what matters to them; leadership sees the whole picture without stitching reports together by hand.
Designed for daily use
Internal software fails when it’s a chore to use, so we treated UX with the same care as a customer-facing product. Clear navigation, fast pages, sensible defaults and forms that don’t fight the user — the system disappears so the work can happen.
Built to scale
It’s a real web application, engineered to grow: new modules, more users and deeper automation can be added without a rebuild. Because it’s custom, GPSFDK owns it outright — no per-seat licence climbing as the team expands.
