GPSFDK sells a premium, tactile product — and needed an online presence that felt every bit as considered as the work itself. We built the brand from the wordmark out, shipped a fast storefront that lets the product breathe, and wired in a custom ERP so the team runs orders, finance and operations from one place.

The brief

A luxury product is sold on feeling. In a showroom, materials and finish do the persuading; online, the website has to carry that weight alone. GPSFDK came to us with a strong product and a positioning line — Right to Luxury — but a digital presence that didn’t yet match the quality in the box. The goal was simple to say and hard to do: make the screen feel as premium as the product.

What we did

Brand identity

We started with the fundamentals — a refined wordmark, a restrained palette, and typography that signals craft without shouting. The identity was designed to hold up everywhere it lives, from the storefront to packaging to the ERP login screen.

Ecommerce storefront

The store is built to let the product lead. Generous space, large art-directed imagery, and a checkout that gets out of the way. Every image ships as a modern AVIF, lazy-loaded and correctly sized, so pages stay fast even though they’re image-heavy — exactly the Core Web Vitals discipline that keeps a luxury site both beautiful and quick.

SEO foundation

Clean semantic markup, structured data, fast loads and a logical information architecture were built in from the first commit — so the store is discoverable on Google, not just attractive once you arrive.

Custom ERP

Behind the shopfront, we built GPSFDK ERP One — a bespoke system to run HR, projects, finance and tenders in one place. The storefront sells; the ERP keeps the operation that fulfils those sales organised and scalable.
